I am a fully qualified clinical supervisor and provide supervision for both individual counsellors and psychotherapists, as well as for counselling organisations. I work with trainees, newly qualified practitioners, and experienced therapists seeking ongoing clinical supervision.
My approach to supervision is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in ethical practice. I aim to provide a supportive and containing space in which you can think about your clinical work, explore challenges, and develop greater confidence and clarity in your role as a practitioner. Alongside case discussion, supervision offers space to reflect on the therapeutic relationship, professional boundaries, ethical dilemmas, and the impact of the work on you as a therapist.
I work in an integrative way and welcome supervisees from a range of theoretical backgrounds. My supervision training includes a postgraduate diploma in counselling and psychotherapy supervision, and my work is informed by many years of clinical experience in private practice, the NHS, and the voluntary sector.
