I offer online psychotherapy for adults who prefer to work remotely or are unable to attend sessions in person. Online therapy can be particularly helpful for people who live overseas, travel frequently, have health or mobility difficulties, or find face-to-face meetings too stressful.
I work online using secure video platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams. The therapeutic work is very similar to in-person sessions and offers a confidential, focused space to explore difficulties including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, stress, addiction, eating disorders, and periods of change.
