I work with trainees, newly qualified practitioners, and experienced therapists seeking ongoing clinical supervision.<\/p><p data-start=\"920\" data-end=\"1200\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1676\">My approach to supervision is collaborative, reflective, and grounded in ethical practice. I aim to provide a supportive and containing space in which you can think about your clinical work, explore challenges, and develop greater confidence and clarity in your role as a practitioner. Alongside case discussion, supervision offers space to reflect on the therapeutic relationship, professional boundaries, ethical dilemmas, and the impact of the work on you as a therapist.<\/p><p data-start=\"1202\" data-end=\"1676\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1678\" data-end=\"1990\">I work in an integrative way and welcome supervisees from a range of theoretical backgrounds. My supervision training includes a postgraduate diploma in counselling and psychotherapy supervision, and my work is informed by many years of clinical experience in private practice, the NHS, and the voluntary sector.<\/p><p data-start=\"1678\" data-end=\"1990\">\u00a0<\/p><p data-start=\"1992\" data-end=\"2159\">Supervision is available in Enfield Town and Cambridge, as well as online.
